You might be feeling overwhelmed by a change in your life, caught in patterns of overthinking, struggling with stress or burnout, or finding it difficult to make sense of where you are and what you need.

Together, we can explore what’s going on for you in a calm, supportive space. Therapy can help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, make sense of difficult emotions, and develop greater clarity about yourself and the changes you’re navigating.

Whether you're adjusting to becoming a parent, facing uncertainty in relationships or work, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You don’t have to go through this on your own.

Sessions

I offer 50-minute online or telephone sessions for clients across the UK and, where appropriate, internationally.

Limited local face-to-face sessions may also become available in the future. Please feel free to enquire if this is something you would prefer.

Current availability:

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3pm – 7pm

  • Saturdays: 11am – 2pm

Sessions are £45.
