Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
This can be a space to take that first step, at your own pace.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and I’ll aim to respond within 48 hours, often sooner.
All enquiries are confidential, and there is no obligation to continue with sessions.
I currently offer sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays.
