I am Jessica Bainbridge, a counsellor offering online therapy services. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

  • communicate with you about counselling services

If we go on to work together, further information will be collected and handled in line with my client privacy agreement.

How long I keep your information
If you contact me but do not proceed with counselling, I will retain your information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, after which it will be securely deleted.

If we begin working together, information will be retained in accordance with my professional and legal obligations, which will be explained in my client agreement.

  • request correction of inaccurate data

  • request deletion of your data

  • withdraw consent where applicable
